I just moved to London this week, to find a cold and rainy weather, "stereotype oblige."
And since the next two weeks will be busy with finding a job, house, etc, I've opted to brew an elixir or two in order to stay in top form! Here they are:
Good Morning Elixir
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
2 tablespoons bee pollen
2 tablespoons Goji berries
1 solid pinch shilajit extract
1 solid pinch ground cinnamon
Mix all ingredients at the bottom of your mug. Heat pure water until it begins to simmer, pour over the ingredients and whisk with a fork. Cover and infuse a couple of minutes so that the Gojis soak some of the water, and drink while it's still warm.

1 tablespoon Cat's Claw
1 pinch ground chilies
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch clove
1 pinch ground ginger
Infuse your Cat's Claw in some hot water for 5-8 minutes with the chilies, cinnamon, clove and ginger. Before serving, stir in the raw honey. You can also eat a spoonful of raw honey before drinking, or afterwards to chase off the Cat's Claw's slightly bitter taste.
